At Salveno, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Exchanges
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct one at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at info@shopsalveno.com within 15 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions and the return address
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
